Lexis Nexis Consumer Center Tower Hill Select Insurance Company, hired Lexis Nexis to do a consumer report on me. As a result of this false consumer report Tower Hill Insurance sent me a notice that my premium has been affected by information received from Lexis Nexis.  Gainesvil Florida

I beleave Tower Hill Select Insurance Company used Lexis Nexis to give a misleading consumer report on me to raise my premium about five hundred dollars from 2019- 2020. Tower Hill sent me a notice that my premimum has been affected by information received from Lexis Nexis a consumer reporting center.

The information they gave to Tower Hill Select Insurance Company was all false and inaccurate. I did an investigation of Lexis Nexis and found that they have a zero too one rating. I called Tower Hill Insurance to inform them of my finding and asked them why would they use a company with such poor rating and many claims filed against them.

I told Tower Hill Insurance that I have a very good credit but because of these false reports by Lexis Nexis my credit score can go down. I worked very hard to get the good credit score I have. I told Tower Hill Insurance that I would report this the agencies that look into these things, including the Florida law inforcement.

After that Tower Hill Insurance droped my premium over one thousand dollars and gave more coverage on my then I had the year before. The Insurance I have now is Security First Insurance which is also a part of Tower Hill Insurance.

Ive been with Tower Hill about ten to fifteen year, I truely beleave Tower Hill Insurance has been over charging me for all these years. Tower Hill Insurance sent me a package telling me to sign not to file a claim aganist them along with some other things they never ask me to agree too before.

I need some expert advice. If there is an Insurance Company that is credible I would like to know. I would also like too know if I have a legal case aganist these companies. Please get back to me as soon as you can. Thank you.
