The car was repoed the day before Christmas. Called the company the day after and was told I would hev to wait 7 days before I could do anything, meanwhile I'm paying $45 a day at the repo yard. Could not get the letter because it came certifed mail, had to wait until saturday. Called them back again for information, letting them know my father was going to buy the car, and was getting a bank loan. It didn't matter I still had to wait for the letter.

My father called the Lexus financial srevice and they would not even talk to him even though he got a loan for the car. He asked how long it would take for the car to be cleared so he could pick it up, he was told it would take 7 business days before it was posted in thei account, even though it was a bank certified check. The check is being sent overnight express, but you still have to wait the seven days for it to clear. So I still have to pay the $45 a day until they notify the Repo yard that the car has been paid off.

So we'll probably pay another $450 before it is said and done bringing the total to more then a $1000. Isn't that great!!!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever delt with in my lifetime. I would recommend that anyone else steer clear of this company.
