Lexus Of New Orleans ripoff deceptive company New Orleans Louisiana

I had the worst treatment possible at Lexus of New Orleans, First I call Lexus of New Orleans to get a price on repairs for a head gasket job on my ES300. I was told it would cost 970.00 for the job including labor and they would have to send the heads to another company to be repaired. Jeff was to call me back and let me know if any other repairs need to be done once they take the parts aloose.

Well he called me the next day and said the gasket need to be repaired and there were no other problems to my car. The next day he called and said they had to change the oil. not a problem, we agreed. He said we can pick up the car on tomorrow. We called before we came over. The car was not ready. The next day we called the heads were not back yet. Day 4. Day 5 my husband and I went in sat down with Jeff and went over the bill. It had gone up to 1,200.00 for complete job.

Okay. Jeff said it would be ready the next day day 5). Called to see if it was ready. (Not ready yet). in the mean time we are still paying for car rentals Because I need Transportation for work. My husband and I went back on day 8 and had to sit and wait. I was told my Jeff that there were other things wrong with the car. I was very angry. I told them not to do any additional repairs on the car and we would take it to someone else.

We went to pick up the car the next day. and we viewed our bill. A total of 2,200.00. My God! Where did this come from. I was told that the other company that did the heads charged a little bit more and Lexus had to put other parts onto the car. I did not beleive this. because we had called the other company and they told us how much it cost to have the heads repaired. Lexus could not explain the other added cost. I was told that I could not move my car unless I paid the 2,200.00.

I will never bring my car back to Lexus of New Orleans
I plan on buying another Lexus. but I will not buy in New Orleans for sure. I was treated like dirt.
