Liberty Classic Card ripoff, Deceptive trade practices Madera Beach Florida

This company LIBERTY CLASSIC CARD is a complete scam. They prey on people with less than perfect credit, represent themselves as "Mastercard" and the card can be used anywhere Mastercard is used. These are all complete lies!! I too fell for this "too good to be true scam", I was ashamed, but now I am ANGRY.

This company debited $250 from my checking account and after 2 months of receiving NOTHING, I called them on 12 occassions and was told they were processing my credit. When I called today, I was told I was ineligible for a refund with NO explanation except it "was in the terms and conditions" which I have never gotten. These people do not have my signature ANYWHERE, but still have the right to take advantage of people by hitting them where it hurts.

I told them I was filing a complaint with the BBB and they told me fine GO AHEAD and that they were going to put it in my file and that I was very HOSTILE, they have not seen hostile yet. However, complying with the law, I am sendiong them a letter detailing all of the statutes they have violated in the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and I must give them 30 days to respond, if I even get one.

I WILL be a thorn in their side until they realize that people that have less than perfect credit are NOT stupid and weak...I will file suit on this company if nothing else to get the word out. PLEASE do not fall prey to these people, I just wish I had seen this report first, it could have saved me a small chuck of change, but now I WILL get something out of this even if it is just self satisfaction of getting the word out to help others!! Wish me luck, and I will let you know how things progress, maybe I can even win against these people!!
