This means that clients can expect that Wendy will always work towards finding a mutually satisfactory resolution to any complaints or concerns. One top executives in the internet marketing industry stated to Rip-off Report, that Wendy Stevens personal philosophy is that her clients are a precious resource. We must listen to our clients and respond properly. This is the best way to ensure I will maintain a successful enterprise both now and in many years to come.

Another top executive of the company stated to Rip-off Report, that Wendy Stevens personal business philosophy is based on the premise that Wendy Stevens strives to add value in its services as they understand that a successful business model is based on value-added services, and client care. Wendy Stevens mission statement says it all; "Our goal is to provide our clients the best quality, value and professional excellence in the industry." Some of the other things Rip Off Report learned in the course of its investigation: Wendy Stevens business was established in 2004 to provide professionals and entrepreneurs elite marketing training. Wendy has trained thousands of individuals in that time with a handful of personal coaching clients and is recognized as a leading expert and premier trainer in the internet marketing world.

Rip-off Report has confirmed that Wendy Stevens takes quality control very seriously. Wendy has recently put a lot of effort into ramping up her support team and client relation processes including full time availability to clients to assist with any issues that develop. Rip-off Report was pleased to learn that Wendys past and current approach to business is focused on its pledge to total commitment towards client satisfaction.

WENDY STEVENS RESIGNED FROM LIBERTY LEAGUE, BETTER OPPORTUNITY, MORE BENEFICIAL TO CLIENTS, AND FOR HER ASSOCIATES WENDY HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE WAY BUSINESS WAS RUN, MAKING IT BAD FOR EVERYONE For over six years individuals have enjoyed Wendy Stevens engaging training style and have been attracted to her genuine caring for each individual she works with one on one. Wendy''s unique philosophy of giving back to others through sharing her success in internet marketing earned her a stellar reputation in the industry at large. Rip-off Report received complaints from individuals claiming to be her Liberty League associates prior to Jan 2009. In several cases the individuals did not even appear on Wendy Stevens'' official sales register nor did their IP addresses match the reports submitted--in other words, their stories were made up. Rip-off Report has investigated each Wendy''s reports and also found that some complaints were related to customer service issues which Wendy did not directly control.

Wendy Stevens began her career as internet entrepreneur with Liberty League, but the company made a series of fateful decisions that resulted in it going out of business in mid-2009. Rip-Off Report discovered that Wendy Stevens had no ownership in Liberty League. Although Wendy trained for that company she did not control staffing decisions, product quality, customer service policies, refund policies, nor any other control mechanism to ensure customer service for her associates. It was a very frustrating situation for her personally.

When the leaders of Liberty League launched a new business venture in late 2009, Wendy had grave doubts about its viability but did everything she could to help it succeed out loyalty both to the owners and her associates. When it became clear to Wendy that this new venture would not in fact succeed, and that her associates had been left without a way to make a living, Wendy Stevens resigned from the business to find another, better opportunity, for her associates. In doing so, Wendy Stevens walked away from the majority of her income. How many entrepreneurs have that kind of integrity and dedication to their team? Wendy did succeed in finding a great new opportunity for her team with LifePath, where she is helping people set records again in internet marketing. She hired a full customer service and customer resolutions team to ensure that her associates were being treated as VIPs.

Wendy Stevens recognizes that complaints posted on Rip-off Report (true or not) are issues that need to be addressed and if handled correctly can be valuable learning opportunities. With the feedback generated by Rip-off Reports Investigation Wendy Stevens has made organizational changes allowing her clients a more streamlined approach to problem resolution and a total overall commitment to her client experience.

In summary, after our investigation, which included discussions with Wendy Stevens and many of her past and current associates, Rip-off Report is convinced that Wendy Stevens has been and is committed to quality delivery of services resulting in total client satisfaction.

Liberty League International Liberty League brainwashing Scottsdale Arizona

I joined Liberty League International a couple years ago and was ripped off 1495.00 for a box of three cds, a dvd, a notebook and a crappy pen. All together it was worth around 30 bucks.

The people that sell this first brainwash themselves and then brainwash their victims into believing the same crap. Everyone is in denial of the fact that you are selling a $30 box of crap for 1495!!

Save yourself the headache and buy "The Secret" for 10 bucks on ebay. The exact same teachings but much much better.

I did get qualified and ripped one person off for a sale which made me feel miserable. I finally woke up and realized these people at LLI have created a cult to deceive 3% of the idiots out there to believe the same thing. STAY AWAY!!!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion

You have been brainwashed and are part of a pyramid scheme

AUTHOR: Whatajoke2000 - (U.S.A.)

I have no doubt that this product is overpriced, this is evident and is why it is only offered using a direct sales approach and is not offered retail (you can not buy it in a store to my knowledge).

Learn more about multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes here, this company has many traits:

I first learned of this product/scam in 2006 when I was selling mortgages. I was approached by one of the members toward the bottom of the pyramid asking that I promote this product when selling mortgages. I did my due diligence and found out that the software could be mimicked using an excel spreadsheet (even though the people that sell the software will tell you its magic, the only magic is how they get people to pay thousands of dollars for it)

All it is good for is setting up a budget for you and manages your income! YOU CAN BUY SEVERAL SOFTWARE PRODUCTS FOR UNDER $100 THAT DO THE SAME THING, I USE MICROSOFT MONEY.

As for the money merge account. You don't need the software to set this up but using a line of credit like a checking account does not get your mortgage paid faster.

What they don't tell you is the reason you pay off your mortgage faster is because your excess income is cut drastically in the budget process. This income filters through their system and you end up paying higher mortgage payments.

Bottom line - go buy a software budget program at a store if you want to pay off your mortgage faster. Or get a 10 year fixed program the interest rates are always lower then 30 year fixed.

The Truth of Free Enterprise!

AUTHOR: Dr. Nicolas - (U.S.A.)

The only real question when considering this complaint is:
What is the total product/service being offered and what is its value?

It is my motivation to put this complaint into perspective.
The claim that $1,495 for the Liberty League product is unsubstantiated is what need's to be put into perspective.

Let's look at the services being offered everyday from the country's largest banks. When a loan officer helps someone with their mortgage, they often times charge anywhere from $1k - $15k for the same exact service provided!

Another company called United First Financial has put together a software program (that anyone could duplicate in excel) and they charge $3,500.

So, what's the difference between these three examples? These companies all established a price to charge for their services. You can elect to purchase these products and services or not.

The biggest difference is that with Liberty League, you get a product that has many intangible benefits that come along with it. If you change your lifestyle because of the content of the information it contains, and lose weight or acheive any other benefit from the information, and another person doesn't read the material or apply the concepts, and becomes disgruntled, does that lessen the value of the content of the material? The answer is No.

To make this point even clearer, consider this exellent article below:

Here's an article/press release from United First Financial that was published on June 23, 2008. This is well thought out and puts into perspective the claim the their company's fees are too high. Just as the complaintant above claims that Liberty League's products are too expensive.

Why Spend $3,500 When I Can Do It Myself?

The Money Merge Account software is a product of United First Financial, this software is, has, and will help many average homeowners save a ton interest on their mortgage.

There seems to be a debate over whether or not you can do this on your own. Let's look at the design and the concept. The Money Merge Account software uses mortgage products already in existence, i.e. a first mortgage (closed ended loan) and a home equity line (open ended loan). The concept is to run your entire cash flow through your home equity line and make large payments towards your first mortgage. This formula cancels out interest and knocks years off your ultimate payoff. Yes, in my opinion you can do this on your own, because anyone (with the proper credit) can access these mortgage products from the banking and mortgage industry.

I think the real question is, can you be as efficient on your own as the Money Merge Account software? So let's imagine you have both a first mortgage and a home equity line in place, you start running all your cash flow through the home equity line. When do you send the first large payment to your first mortgage and how much do you send? How long do you wait to send the next large payment and how much is that one? Have you been as efficient as the Money Merge Account software? Now let's add some real life variables in the mix. You have sent your first large payment towards your first mortgage and your transmission on your car goes out. You are running all your cash flow through your home equity line so you make another large payment to the transmission shop. How does this affect your overall picture and now how long should you wait to send the next large payment to your first mortgage with this new variable? Now you have an unexpected doctor bill etc, etc, etc. So yes you can do this on your own, but how much time and effort is needed? Have you been as effective as the software? The interest on the home equity line is normally higher than your first mortgage, so it is important from and efficiency stand point to move your funds at the optimal time and in the optimal amount.

Yes there are e-books that can assist you for $97.00 on the internet, and there are free spread sheets that can do some of the work, but in my opinion they cannot replace the efficiencies of the software. It's like thinking because a typewriter can write a letter, you don't need your computer and Microsoft Word. The computer coupled with the software gives you a lot more efficiencies. You can cut down a tree with a hand saw or a power saw they both work, but one is a lot faster and takes a lot less time and energy. United First Financial has spent millions of dollars on the development and deployment of this software and is continuing to spend millions on its future development.

Anyone can go on the internet and get a free operating system but you do not see very many people doing this, why? No support, no one to call if something goes wrong, and most other software programs you would buy may not be compatible, it is very risky and there is no support. So most of us don't use free operating systems, we pay Microsoft or Apple for an operating system that has unique development and support included.

United First Financial is a company in good standing and has a strong track record. You not only get the software and all the updates for life, you get your own personal customer support representative who you can call anytime. You have an internet based software product that is accessible almost anywhere in the world that you can get an internet connection. That means you are not alone and have the expertise of the entire company working for you. You have a staff of highly evolved software developers that have built and are continuing to find efficiencies and build them in. You have version after version, and in each new version you have new features and more efficiencies. Let's be honest, we all know that we get what we pay for in life. You can get a brand new $12,000.00 car or you can get a $60,000.00 car. They will both get you there, but one will get you there a lot faster, a lot safer, and in a lot more comfort than the other.

When change happens there are almost always skeptics, but the most valuable things in life in my opinion come from the unknown. This concept is not a scam it is just basic math, so whether you do it completely on your own, get a free spreadsheet, purchase an e-book, or get one of the software products now on the market, do it now as they all work! The question in my opinion is a question of efficiencies and support.

For most people their home will be the single most expensive purchase they make there entire life. Ninety seven percent (97%) of Americans retire at or below the poverty level. If you take all the mortgages in America that are held by people who have owned their homes for over ten years, they owe more now than ten years ago when they originally purchased their homes. Most Americans with a mortgage keep cashing out their equity and digging a deeper hole. This product works for the average guy and has been designed for simplicity. If you can get on the internet you can do this, it only takes a few minutes a month.

I strongly invite you to make a substantial change in your life and make a life altering change to your financial picture, do a free analysis to see how much money you can save in interest, and how many years you can shave off your mortgage. It won't cost you a dime to have a free analysis but you can then have all the information you require to make a relaxed and informed decision. This is real money and it is your money!

Pay off your mortgage early and invest the savings or purchase more real estate, use the software to pay off the second property, do it again and again! Where will your mortgage balance be in 7-11 years? We all know what to do but 97% of Americans are not doing it.

Albert Einstein once said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Will you just keep sending that mortgage payment?

"The man that understands interest will earn it, and the man that does not will pay it".....Albert Einstein

If it sounds too good to be true it might just not be. Warren Buffett

#3 Consumer Suggestion

You are only one of many.

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

Your situation is far from uncommon. Like this lawsuit against LLI for example.

And how about a $115,000 fine for the founders?

What do those in the company actually earn on average in a year?
This will tell you.

Quite interesting seeing that product purchases are $1,295, $8,995 and $12,995. Conferences are held every few months throughout the year to which all associates are encouraged to attend. It is not a one time purchase. Each conference thoughout the year is an additional out of pocket expense for the associate. So one must ask themselves after reviewing the above earning statistics, how little do they actually earn after you factor in these expenses? Surely lots of associates end up with a debt instead of a profit by the end of their tenure.

Don't fall for the song and dance. Just look at the numbers. Be wary of the hype, the numbers don't lie.

Most former top earners have long gone. They are now scattered out there on the internet promoting other programs, products, and companies. You should be asking yourself why.
