Liberty Medical Misleading, Fraudulent Internet, Florida

Liberty Mutual contact my feonsay stating that they would to send free of charge a diabetic monitor. My feonsay agreed to the monitor but, also received a 90 day supply of test strips and lancets. Upon receiving the supplies he did not recieve any information stating that his insurance company would be billed. Liberty then billed Blue Cross Blue Shield 485.00 for just the strips and lancets. BCBS paid everything but 148.00 and now Liberty Mutual is calling his up to 4 time a day in regard to the balance due. At no time did he give Liberty Mutual permission to bill his insurance or did he want the medical supplies. These supplies are cheaper at Wal-Mart why would we buy them from Liberty?
