Liberty Mutual Insurance is a SCAM, Ripoff Liberty Mutual Insurance is a FRAUD. An auto accident totaled my vehicle, left me on disability, and bankrupted me. The other driver was 100% liable their negligence caused the accident. The physical evidence proves the other driver caused the accident hitting the driver's side/front with her passenger side-back panel and she received a cititation for improper lane change.  Nationwide

Liberty Mutual Insurance is a FRAUD.  An auto accident totaled my vehicle, left me hurt with 2 herniated disks, legally  disabled, and bankrupt.  The other driver was 100% liable their negligence making an improper lane change on the highway caused the accident.  The damage from the physical evidence proves the other driver caused the accident hitting my driver's side/front headlight with her passenger side-back  panel.  She received a cititation for improper lane change.  The physical damage clearly proves the other driver was 100% at fault, liable for causing the accident.  The police report, dashcam video, and photographs all confirm the Defendant, Ms. Spencer, caused the accident. 

Ms. Spencer was found guilty in Georgia court paid a $400 fine for improper lane change.  Her liability policy of $25,000.00 paid the policies limit.  For 2 years Liberty Mutual's Claims Representative, Brenda O'rear, stated they were working on tendering the UIM policy for $300,000.00 which they admit was in place at the time of the accident.  Ms. Orear, states repeatedly they only needed additional ongoing medical bills to complete the settlement.  I had over $50,000.00 in medical bills and they had the Medical release by me making all records available for them.  Then 2 years later, when I have over $50,000.00 in Medical Bills, Liberty Mutual offer an insulting low offer of  $3,500.00, absurd!

I am a single mother, 2 children and earned $100,000.00 prior to the accident that left me unable to work  I was forced to litigate and my own insurance defended the woman that hit destroyed my life.  I paid $297.00 for Uninsured motorist Policy for 20 years, when I needed it they choose to litigate against me and defend the person that hit me and ruined my life.! That is Fraud. 

The case was Filed in Dekalb County Georgia.  The Dekalb Court is known to be corrupt throughout the state.  The Judges are appointed by Governor "Nathan Deal" his biggest campaign contributors are "Metlife, Liberty Mutual and Large Insurance Companies".  Liberty mutual Insurance bought and paid for the Dekalb trial Judge which I was to present my claim.  My attorney abodaned the case the day after it was filed and I could not get another lawyer so I was forced to represent myself. Right from the start of litiagation, I could not get a fair hearing.  My case did not stand a chance of being heard.  The Judge denied my right for "due process" refusing to hear my case, denying my request for Mediation (ridiculous since the job of a Trial Judge is to order mediation), monetarily sanctions despite indigency status, allows the Defendants to litigate for 9 months without giving any legal argument to justify litigation. 

After 9 arduous months of maliciaous and fictious litigation my own Insurance company "the Defendants" outright lie stating I rear-ended Ms. Spencer a bold face ridiulous lie, clearly disputed by the physical evidence.  The judge grants them a final summary judgement dismissing my claim with prejudice.  Judge Stacey Hydrick, trial Judge Dekalb County Court of Georgia State,  Judge Hydrick illegally orders me to pay the Defendants Attorneys' Liberty Mutual Insurance and Metlife Insurance Attorney's before discorey is had, intentionally to prevent discovery from ever being had in her court.  I am legally bankrupt, on disability, and indigent from the accident that I was now in court fighting.  Judge Stacey Hydrick was provided ample evidence.  Each ruling Judge Hydrick makes favors the Insurance Company.  although they had no legal argument for 9 months of litigation.  The Judge works for the Insurance Company not the Judicial system.

The court prosecuted me when I was the victim of a horrible accident. No attorney will represent a case against Liberty Mutual, the "McLaughlin Law firm" in Georgia since they know the system is completely corrupt and they will not financially benefit from my lawsuit.  I am forced to represent myself in this "good old boy" corrupt judicial system.  I am granted an Appeal and the trial Judge refuses to transfer the records from Dekalb fo move the appeal forward.  I requested a mandamus from the Supreme Court to transfer the records for the purpose of the appeal.  Liberty Mutiual insurance intentionally perpetuated Fraud, No one will hold them accountable.  They have no consequences to their unethical illegal actions.  They pay off the politicians, Judges, and hire the best Attorney's to make certain you will never collect the on the Policies you Purchase.  When they lose this appeal they will only be ordered to pay the $300,000.00 they should have paid in the first place, they have no consquences so they are encouraged to deny every claim.  Stop their abuse! this is Fraud,  They put me through hell. The insurance was purchased to help me in this exact situation. This will happen to you!
