Omid Delkash's father name is Mohamad Delkash and mother's name is Mina Delkash. And they both chain smokers and move from apartment to apartment in Irvine and Newport Beach frequently. Their current address is 2222 Brindisi, Newport Beach, CA 92660

Soon after they moved into the current address, they engaged into serious conflict with thier next door neighbor. The neighbor, based on my understanding, has two minor daughters. In accordance to my discussion with the neighbor, the chain smoking couple constantly smoke on the balcony and totally disregard the neighbor's minor children's health. They also twisted the neighbor's begging and filed the report with the leasing office and Newport Beach Police Department saying that their neighbor cursed, yelled, and harrassed them.Their neighbor eventually install a fan on the balcony.WE also learned that he neighbor also filed the Small Claims Court's case and the the trial date is September 7, 2009 8:30 AM in Laguna Negiel Small Claims Court

Furthermore, we know that on August 21, 2009, Mina and Mohamad Delkash again smoke on the balcony. The husband of the neighbor came out and adjusted  the fan position. Mina Delkash yelled at the neighbor and took the picture of him and report to the NB police department that the neighbor try to hit her. Mohamad also took down his trouser and show his his sexual organs to the neighbor

Mina Delkash also called her son Omid Delkash for assistance. Omid Delkash dorve a leased Mercede-Benz to the apartment parking lot around 2:30 PM. The moment he setpped out of the car, he yelled at the husband of the neighbor "You mother f***er" "I want to f*** your wife" "You wife is w***e" "I want to f*** your daughters" "Your daughters are w***e" " I want to rape and f*** your daughters" "You f***ing Asian" "Go back to your country" "You f***ing Oriental". The husband of the neighbor yelled the sucker Omid Delkash with words like "f*** you too" "I am US citizen" "You are no from local either"

We as neighbors suggest the next door neighbor of Mina Delkash and Mohamad Delkash to file lawsuit and proscuted Omid Delkash. Hopefully, they will listen to our opinions and act on it. We witnessed the entire scene and felt disguisting on the behavior of Omid Delkash. Based on our research, this family move around Irvine and Newport Beach very often.
