This tax year was a NIGHTMARE! After taking our taxes from another tax preparer (not Liberty) on April 12th because we did not feel like they would complete them on time, we went to Liberty. They promised us they would be done by April 16th. Today is April 30th & I (hopefully) can pick them up today.
I also have a huge problem with being charged $800 and this company is unable to provide me with an itemized bill. How in the world can they determine the amount to charge??? When I requested a itemization- I never heard a word until I went back into their office. I then received a "practice" example return for Mike & Carol Brady. It was itemized, just not the same items we have on our return!
No return phone calls, very disorganized, not open with pricing. I really do not think I can trust a business like this to handle my MONEY!! Next year, I'll be out there picketing beside Ms. Liberty!

Hello! I am new to ripoffreport.com and am just seeing your report from April. I own and operate two Liberty Tax offices in Ohio and can definitely see why you'd be disappointed with the service you received. Please know that this is not the way that the rest of our offices do business! At Liberty, we are so focused on Customer Satisfaction so I'm completely shocked by the service you received. Why would they show you a sample return for Mike and Carol Brady? If you'd like to speak with someone at our Corporate Office, I'm happy to find the right person for you to talk to.
