LIBERTY UTILITIES National Grid REFUSES TO PAY THEIR DEBT! Salem, New Hampshire

I have been in contact with this business several times regarding a gas pipeline embeded on my property to which has not been checked for over a year before the property was resoled. This business is also in breach of contract in that I have not been paid my $2,400.00 dollars agreed upon for use of my land space, since January 01, 2012.  This company continues to ignore my notices and contacts, put me in danger of gas leaks or possible explosion.  I also contacted the NH Public Service Commission who in fact has alerted this business to respond to my request concerning utility checks of the gas pipeline.
