I order a cell phonw from T-Mobil. I get a phone in the mail frp\om Liberty Wireless, who charged my debit card a total of $138.70, 26.95 for overusage )the phone was in the sealed box they sent. I have been in touch via phone calls.(3. I sent the phone back as per our conversation. Still no monies deposited in me account.

The phone was sent back on 1/12/04.
