The owner comes off like a real nice guy.  Promises great work and guarentees for everything he does.  Oh and he will tell you over and over how he is taking care of you.  W
Well learn the life lesson from me..the best price usually means not so good of work.  Go to a professional.  

These guys did my fence:  PVC,  The gate has been an issue since day 1

Roof:  3 years young and I have leaks in 3 locations

Stoop:  3 years young and its loose and dangerous...but he hooked me up

Living Room:  good job on putting in a wood floor but the sheetrock around                      the windows was average at best, but I can live with that.  Closet Doors are cut at different sizes....I mean I wouldnt make a report based on this but since I am on some major stuff I'm throwing it in.

My metal fence 3 years young is also rusted and showing wear and tear of something much much older....maybe just bad luck

Now this guy has done work for several family members and I was stunned when he said " the roof is 3 years old " " its not my responsibility anymore"

I couldnt believe it...worse was the constant promises to come and make repairs and then not showing up.  On 3 occasions I took off from work to be at home for him...you dont get to factor in 3 days missed work and how much that cost me ...

gave him chance after chance and false promises...he states now that I am harassing him...when i ask him to put himself in my shoes

he states I will be there tomorrow.  Guess what no show:  

Estimated repair cost of roof and damage from 3 estimates:

1: $2400    2. $2700   3. $3900    I figure about $2500 I'm out.  

Now he says he will be there tomorrow...guess what too late

my lawyer has been diggin up claims on him for past 4 years and licensing

issues in Nassau and fines.  We have 2 clients willing to testify and

pictures of his work van and " employees.  US Customs who I work with,

have agreed to investigate as previous complaints have indicated

questionable employees on job sites.  Hey they do work hard, but their work is less than acceptable.

 I do not care of what deal you get.

I hate submitting this report but the attitude I have gotten from " Chilli" was one of a thug with his back against the wall trying to strongarm me and even telling me to challenge him in court.
