LIFE FIT LABS abusive charges / refusal to cancel / rip off Garner North Carolina

Be aware of this company. They use the so called "NEGATIVE OPTION" marketing scam to rip you off. Initially, I paid for two free samples of ACAI berry and Colon treatment and then never be able to cancel their ongoing shipments. Almost $400 later and two months of struggle, I had no other option than canceling my CC for good. Be aware that because of the "NGATIVE OPTION" your CC company would not be able to stop these charges even if you replace your CC (which I did when first tried to stop them). I sent them several messages, even got a cancellation confirmation. However, two days after each of these communications you get a new email saying "Thank you for your new order ...".

At the end of this ordeal, I ended up by loosing my CC, been charged for five shipments at an outrageous rate of $69-$75 per item and getting only three of the five products they say they have shipped to me. Two so called "free" sample, and one extra full size bottle. That's the only three items I got and cost me almost $400 CAD.
