Lifekey - Enzyte ripoff Tricks web customers into ordering product, other shady business practices Cincinnati Ohio

Several weeks ago I visited the website enzyte.com, curious about their product. They had a free-trial offer which I signed up for (which required me to give them my credit card). After the free trial offer there was a link that said something like "Get two free months when you buy four." I clicked on the link to find out how much this would cost. The next page said "Thanks for your order." I was not given a price nor was I even told I was placing an order.

Nothing arrived for several weeks and I did not receive an e-mail confirmation or any other type of confirmation that an order had been placed. When finally a package did arrive it contained 3 bottles of 60 tablets. There was no invoice with the package and nowhere did it state any price for the product.

However, my credit card (the one that I used to sign up for the "free" trial) was billed for $154.45.

When I called the company to inquire how to send the product back for a refund, I was told that I would not be able to receive a refund and was treated very rudely. I was told that this was my responsibility and that there was nothing they could do about the matter.

This company seems to be engaging in a host of fraudulent business practices including tricking customers into placing orders, not telling customers the price of products and not sending order confirmation or order invoices. When I called the company they would not give me an order number, a customer number or any other type of reference information. This is completely ridiculous.
