Lifetime Roofing and restoration Lifetime Roofing is trying to con me out of $100,000 of my commission!!! Evergreen Colorado

Stay away from this company for if you do business with them you are in grave danger!! I work for this company from May of 2014 to December 2014. The owner of this company JONATHAN McMillan and Alissa McMillan are the biggest theves I've ever come  across in my entire life. They both have many judgments against them in Colorado and in other states! They both have stolen money from friends and family. It's not if they will rip you off it's when they will rip you off. They have burned every bridge possible! I don't know of a single customer who is happy with their service! I sold about 80 roofs for Lifetime Roofing in May June and July and there is still about 30 to 40 roofs that need to go on. These roofs that have not been built yet JONATHAN McMillan has well over $100,000 from the customers Insurance proceeds. I truly hope he gives the money back to the homeowners. JONATHAN and Alyssa McMillan have written me six hot checks. I've turned all six into the Jefferson County Police Department and if convicted they are all class F felonies! JONATHAN McMillan has also written two hot checks to one of my coworkers. Lifetime Roofing owes me over $100,000 and my coworker close to $48,000. The McMillan family goes on many vacations spending the salesman's and customers money. Hopefully they both will end up behind bars in the near future.

These are the type of people that give the roofing reputation its reputation! They put on a good song and dance they smile at you while they screw you out of your money! They also make up stories about people they do business with to make it look like they are the good guys. They will blow your candle out to make sure there's shines brighter. This company is the biggest scam and they need to go to jail. Into 2010 they borrowed a bunch of money from people and then filed bankruptcy chapter 7. It's only a matter of time before they file under a different chapter.!!! Many homeowners will likely never get a roof or their money back. They give the homeowners nothing but false promises and delays. Every time I would ask the girls in the office a question I would always get the same answer I don't know! This company doesn't even know the first thing about communicating with the insurance companies! Because of many delays JONATHAN McMillan gave some of the homeowners a discount and expected me to take a break on my commission. Which didn't matter anyway because the entire time he was planning on stealing my money from me and my coworkers. This company is the biggest red flag ever!

They also don't want you to pay in full because then that way they do not have to warranty your roof! They also do many roofs without pulling permits! JONATHAN McMillan has also hired a manager who is in cahoots with him. The manager used to own a roofing company that has a D- rating. Lifetime Roofing has an A rated BBB report but that will soon change now that all the homeowners are seeing his true colors! The entire time I work for Lifetime Roofing I was constantly being lied to. Even if I sue lifetime roofing and win I will still likely never see my money! Jonathan and his wife think they're smart people, but they won't think that when they're behind bars!! Don't ever believe a word they say and I encourage you to never do business with them!!! The clock is ticking so look out!!
