I ordered the free trial for S&H only. Product arrived one day before trial period expired. I called and cancelled, was given a confirmation number and their assurance that no more charges would be made to my credit card. They did however try to offer me a reduced rate. I declined. This was on March 16, 2009.
On March 27, 2009 my credit card was charged &79.95. The telephone number on the printout receipt page lists customer service hours Monday-Friday 7am to 12am Central Time and Saturday and Sunday from 7am-5pm Central Time. When I called them I received an automated message that business hours were 8am-5pm Mountain Time. The website has no place to email them.
I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and am awaiting further notice.
Also note that the woman in the ad is on at least 8 other sites and she has different names on different sites as well as different hometowns. I noticed that when I click on these ads she is mostly from Santa Anna, TX, but with different names. I don't recognize any of these names and I DO live in Santa Anna, TX. I may not know everyone, but I think I should recognize at least one.
