LiftSp, DRI LiftSP, Pure Berry Max Lied about whether I canceled Pleasant Grove Utah

I responded to pop-up add for anti-aging cream called List SP which came with a vitamin supplement called Reservatrol Ultra. You had to cancel within 12 days in order to not incur full charges for monthly shipments ($79.95). I tried to cancel on the 9th day. The web site they said you could cancel on didn't work. It gave an error message repeatedly. After a run-a-round on the phone, I spoke with a very irate C/S lady who didn't offer a cancellation number. When I asked for it, we spent 5 min. on the phone trying to get her to read it phonetically and slowly enough so that I could write it down. I also ask for her name and she gave me a "operator no". (I'm a lawyer and not that stupid!). When I called to get the charges taken off my credit card, the C/S rep and manager said they had no record of my cancellation AND they didn't have alpha-numeric numbers anyway! So, they said I didn't cancel and too bad. Unbelievably, they lied; either the 1st person who gave me a bogus cancellation number, or the next people who said I didn't cancel. My family even heard me arguing over the phone trying to get that cancellation number, since she wanted to read it so fast! They are on the "alert" list of my credit card fraud department, too! Watch out.
