WARNING TO HOME OWNERS IN THE PHILIPPINES!! Do not do business with Light Living Interior Designs owned and operated by Edwin Babiano and Emma Concepcion. They are purely scammers. The company isn't even registered with SEC and BIR, nor acknowledged by the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) and by the Philippine Institute of Architects (PIA) because the owners are not practitioners themselves. Save yourself from headaches. They have many lawsuits filed because once this Edwin Babiano and his partner Emma Concepcion got your money, they disappear. I, myself was a client of this company and was a victim.

At first, they seem very legit because of the portfolio and Edwin Babiano is really a smooth talker. The scam will start once you pay your first cheque which is around 30% of the total contract price. They will tell you their deliverables and target timeline including the materials that they are going to buy but nothing is true there. Once they're off with your check, it will be very difficult to talk to them. They will try to deliver mediocre works and when you complain, they get mad. I also talk to their sub-contractors and they told me that this Babiano was not releasing funds to buy the materials and pay for their labor. And to my surprise, when I visited the site, no one is there working and they left my unit messy and hanging. So please, please, please, if you have the same experience with these two bandits, let's spread the word and don't let them get away. Let's not allow another person to become their victim.
