The online ordering process is too complicated and too easy to make a mistake. Customer service is very poor. I had to call just to get a receipt e-mailed to me. There is no phone number or contact name on the receipt! There is a 30 day window to make a return or exchange but it takes seven days to get a routing number. If you make a return or need to exchange you are charged for shipping BOTH WAYS. Restocking fees can be up to 50 percent - maybe more. Do not order from lightinguniverse.com or any ATG affiliates!

Customer service is not just poor - it is worthless.

Example: Nameless administrator is trying to claim that it is the fault of my electrician for refusing to install an inappropriate fixture in my new construction.

Example: E-mail claims they have credited a partial refund. Where and when was that credited? I sure can't find it.

Example: E-mail from customer service claims they want to "help". When it gets too complicated / expensive, said rep says "sorry, can't help at all".

Be afraid, very afraid, of ATG stores!
