Like Twice Twice Clothing; Twice.com Horrible company is now eBay Valet - AVOID AT ALL COSTS they will steal your clothing Internet

This company is horrible. They steal your items. I had almost the same exact experience as the first reviewer - they rejected new items that had never been worn with the tags still attached for "staining" which i know was not the case. Of course, this was the expensive stuff - Banana Republic, Talbots, BCBG, J. Crew - they accepted Loft Outlet, Gap Outlet and one pair of J Crew pants. Out of 13 distinct clothing items, they accepted five of the lower end items offering me $13 for them - this included a brand new Tahari ASL dress with the tags still attached. I emailed and said I would take the offer but that I wanted the other items returned. Apparently that was not an option, despite that important info not being included anywhere on their website. Customer Service rep Brian Bizier sends me an email stating "As for returning the declined items, we don't currently have a feature built out to where you can accept your offer and then also get the items back that we weren't able to make an offer for, but it's possible we may build this option into our system and policy in the future. For now, if you accept your offer, we recycle all declined items through a local vendor." This is a lie. They keep the items. I feel fairly certain that these items will be found on eBay Valet.  So I said to just cancel everything and send me back my clothes but apparently it was too late. So no matter what you lose. If you do not respond to their ridiculous offer within two weeks, they keep your clothes; if you accept a partial offer, they keep your clothes. And this whole thing transpired July 10, 2015, two weeks before the company shut down for good, which I'm sure they knew was happening. They are liars and thieves. I filed a report with Jacoby & Meyer to hopefully initiate a class action lawsuit, but I don't know what will happen now that the company is defunct. It is fraud though as they did not indicate that they will just keep your items.
