LikomUSA ripoff Monitor Rebate Industry California

Buy a computer set from FRY in Houston on 11/23/01. Told have $70 rebate from LikomUSA. Sent out rebate form and other materials(according to instruction of rebate form) on same day. Waiting 4 months no answer. I started to call them at 626-912-0070 shown on the rebate form. Every time the person said let her check database on computer and will call me after 3~5 business days. They never call me back. Totally I call them 5 times. The last time I was told my rebate was denied for not submital UPC sticker. Before I sent out rebat form and other materials I checked box and monitor and did not find any UPC number. What I have were serial no:18MLC0015541 and P/N: L9175101649. After I said I try to talk to the supervisor of the person in rebate department, the phone was hang up.
