I sent a pair of shoes to be repaired. One shoe was missing a closure on it in to close the shoe. I was told the closure would match the other shoe. When I picked up the shoe they did not match. I was verbally abused. I tried to reason with the manger and I could not. I was with another family member and the manger attacked them also verbally. I have two shoes that I paid for the services that do not match.
