Mrs. Catalina has been our CPA since 2006, when my law firm was going through some changes.  She helped us move from a C-corporation to an S-corporation in addition to guiding our team of accoutants to be sure we minimized federal and state corporate income taxes.  She is loyal and an impressive professional with over 26 years of impeccable business income tax experience that we are happy to have as our CPA. 

Her license with the state of CA is clear of any complaints, which does not surprise us.  Her billing is more than fair and she is very responsive via email and phone calls.  The mention of H&R Block company in this posting is a joke. There is no way they could adequately handle our multiple-state corporate tax filings.  This individual obviously has a very simple individual income tax assessment annually and is unsophisticated regarding financial matters or the professionals that work in the industry.  "Simple addition mistakes" cannot be made when using software.  This is an obvious lie as well and is evidence of libel. 

We are one of her clients and she specializes in Corporate Income Taxation and planning for us.  Since our business is considered large, we are fortunate to have her with specialized knowledge and skills in this area. 

I would think her corporate tax skills would be best served in a business atmosphere and not a simple personal tax return.  Perhaps this individual doesn't have the money to pay for the tax work and prefers to lash out with untruths about abilities.  Sad.
