Hi My name is Linda and I am the Broker/Owner of this company I have been doing this since 2007 and I have never had anyone complain like this person first off let me start off by saying Linda's Rentals Does Not Discriminate against anyone!! We here at Linda's Rentals Do Not accept or decline the applications It Is The Landlord that makes that decision!! We gather the information on the landlords part then submit it to them for approval or denial sometimes they may ask us to get more information to help them make an accurate decision. This person who worked in my property management department was Fired for insubordination now I know why he could get a job I should have research him more!!

I have had a 2 family rental property for over 7 years, and it is always hard to find good, reputable tenants to fill the apartments. I always would get less than desirable people and then they would be there a few months and then gone,
or wouldnt pay or would destroy things. I even went 7 months without any tenants and lost alot of money. I decided to hire Linda's Rentals and it changed everything. She really works hard to find you the right kind of people that fit with what your looking for, she checks their backgrounds, previous places they lived, everything to make sure you have a good tenant that you will be happy with and will pay the rent on time! In a short time, Linda had multiple people that she was showing the units to, and finally found fits for both of my apartments! I am sold, will never do it on my own again, and would recomend the same for anyone else that owns rental property and has had less than stellar results on their own!

Linda helped us find a great single family home for rent. She was very understanding of and responsive to our needs. Linda made the process fast and much easier!

Needed an apartment in a hurry, as my building was sold. I live alone, and have 1 dog. None of the agencies I called, were interested in assisting me. I found Linda on the Internet. Not only was she willing to help, but she kept her word. She returned phone calls. She found 3 properties and showed them to me when she said she would. She is very nice and easy to work with. Does charge a "finders fee" but it is much less than other agencies. I highly recommend her if you need housing on the North Shore.  Linda and Mario were great to my wife and I. They were prompt in returning
phone calls and great at finding us just the right type of places that we wanted as opposed to a number of other realtors we had dealt with. The best part was that even after we had signed the lease they kept checking in and making sure
everything was okay. They even offered us some nice furniture (which having just moved back from Japan and not having a lot was a huge help). I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an attentive realtor to help.

Linda's Rentals were the only agency that would help me and my family find a new... home all other agencies either didn't call back or said that they can't help due to my being on unemployment Linda worked her magic and was able to get
