I am a current client of Link Schwartz. I could not be happier. If you have used Link Schwartz in the past or if you know her, then you know the negative complaints filed are obviously false. She is one of the nicest people I know, especially for an attorney.

I am a male and I have been granted sole custody of my beautiful daughter. My ex-wife is required to pay me child support. I have been granted permission by the court to move out of state with my daughter. This is unheard of in California. I could not have done this without Link's support and assistance.

Ms. Schwartz is the second divorce attorney I hired and I'm extremely upset I didn't know about Ms. Schwartz from the beginning. I wasted thousands of dollars in attorney fees with my first attorney. She spent huge amounts of time counseling me and was more than fair in her charges. As a matter of fact, she could have charged me more and I would have gladly paid it (dont' tell Link).

Most importantly, Ms. Schwartz was kind and "human." Maybe it's a woman thing but she listened to me. I was at my wit's end and extremely despondent. Link was encouraging and put my mind at ease. And she didn't bill me for every minute of my rantings and ravings. She didn't wait until the 11th hour to resolve my problems and she was proactive in her process. She saved me thousands of dollars by resolving my issues before the 11th hour. She was consistently available to take my phone calls and not once did I feel I was "bugging" her as many attorneys do.

Even though my case has been resolved, she still follows up with me (just today). I am outraged at the obviously fraudulent complaint filed. Don't believe it.

If you need a compassionate, experienced family law attorney, Link Schwartz is your best choice.

I am a trial attorney in Los Angeles and have worked closely with Link on several occasions.  She is an honest and ethical attorney who zealously represents her clients while protecting their bottom line.  This report is obviously made by a disgruntled adversary who is hiding behind the anonymity of the Internet in making these false allegations.  It is a shame that any crackpot with a keyboard and an axe to grind can attempt to take down what someone has taken years to build.  Please do not be taken in by these false accusations - Link is an Excellent Attorney and even better person!

These reports filed on here discrediting Link Schwartz are FALSE. The LIAR posting these false accusations should be forced to show proof that he was even a client and not simply on the other side of a case LOSING to Ms. Schwartz. 

Ms Schwartz is dedicated to her clients and works extremely hard to fight for them and what they are entitled to. She will go over and beyond for her clients even as far as to scheduling meetings and depositions on weekends to fit their schedule. She takes pride in being a family law attorney so that she can make a difference in the lives of those she represents especially when children are involved. DEADBEAT DADS get NO respect. Its no wonder this person is going from fraud site to site posting lies since he lost in his attempt to continue to not pay child support for his child. The biggest scam artist is the person posting such lies.

ive known Link Schwartz for 30 years.  She is NOTHING like this person claims her to be.  She has the highest integrity and compassion for all of her clients.  She has always been extremely fair, and responsible in actions and billings.  it sounds to me like this is a person with a grudge and not really an actual client but someone who is out to hurt her reputation.  Link Schwartz is absolutely the opposite of all these ridiculous claims against her.  These websites are not investigating any claims posted or they would find this rant to be complete bosh! 

Not surprising, the same vindictive person, who represented himself in court and lost repeatedly continues his DISTORTED, TWISTED, VICIOUS LIES AGAINST ME to destroy my integrity and reputation.

He has done this on many consumer sites, and he claims he was either my client, or he posts as a former colleague and/or a former employee.  ALL OF HIS POSTS ARE FALSE, DEFAMATORY and will be dealt with in court when I file a lawsuit against him for same.  



 



 

There are two postings against me on this site that are SCAMS, conceived by a VINDICTIVE DEADBEAT DAD who represented himself and LOST repeatedly, including the court ordering MONEY SANCTIONS AGAINST HIM for hiding his assets and income, AND he was ordered to pay MY CLIENT'S ATTORNEYS FEES.  Shortly after the last court appearance, he posted several FALSE REPORTS against me on different consumer websites.  HE WAS NEVER MY CLIENT.  He is a liar and a thief, and he is attempting to discredit me.

This cowardly, loathsome deadbeat, hides behind the anonymity of the internet and he is well versed in using it to achieve his deranged goal; i.e., posting several FALSE AND MALICIOUS LIES about my legal services on different consumer sites.

THERE IS NOT ONE TRUTH TO HIS DEFAMATORY AND MALICIOUS POSTINGS. I have NEVER been under investigation, and I enjoy an excellent reputation in the community.  If anyone wishes to verify that, please visit the State Bar of California website to confirm that, or call the State Bar. 

AND THINK ABOUT IT, if anything he said was true, he would have filed a complaint with the State Bar, who would have checked it out.  He obviously cannot do this because I NEVER REPRESENTED HIM.

I work very hard for ALL OF MY CLIENTS to achieve their goals, and get them through their difficult situations swiftly and as economically practical as possible.

It is disgraceful that this DEADBEAT DAD attempts to destroy my good reputation that I have worked so hard to achieve for over 20 years.  Consider the source of this posting and please do not believe one word of it, as it is completely FALSE AND OUTRAGEOUS.

I note that he has filed a SECOND (more recent) anonymous complaint even MORE OUTRAGEOUS than the first one.  As anyone can see, he is one twisted and vindictive cretin.  We return to court this month in his case where he faces FURTHER SANCTIONS, so it is not surprising he continues to create false postings against me.

I've been practicing family law in Century City for over 20 years and actually worked in the same office with Link Schwartz for part of that time.  I'm almost embarrassed to admit it but everything I read in the post above fits in with the Link Schwartz that I knew.  She is corrupt to the core and I personally saw her take many actions that were not only against her client's interests, but in some cases were illegal.  I could never recommend Link as her greed and ability to defraud her own clients seemingly with no moral repercussions is reprehensible.  I have heard rumors that she has even dipped into client trust accounts for her own personal uses.  I have not heard about any investigations but it wouldn't surprise me as her actions are fairly widely known in the family law circles.  As for her affiliation to the "Landmark" Grandparents' Rights?  We all know that her "affiliation" with that case is a joke pulled off for PR purposes.

Link Schwartz is the type of attorney that gives all attorneys a bad name.  She is a liar and a con artist.

She can not be trusted to ever tell the truth.  Do not ever use her as an attorney and if you are a fellow attorney do not trust her to say what in court that you have agreed to outside of court.

I know from very solid sources that a criminal investigation is underway.  The truth will come out and Link is going to have to answer to a whole bunch of angry clients she has defrauded unless she has stolen enough money and decides to skip town.
