They didn't steal your information.  They are preventing you from accessing your information because they can.  They can do so IF they believe you are not who you say you are; that is their right and something you agreed to when you agreed to use the service.

On top of everything else, you have no damages.  There is nothing tangible you have lost at this point that prevents you from making money, or has cost you anything out of pocket.  No small claims court admin will award you anything for your time spent trying to get your profile access returned to you.  LinkedIn knows this BTW, so they have no reason to provide you access until you decide you are going to be nice.

I also happen to use LinkedIn a lot.  Your bad review would not alter my usage of LinkedIn in any way.

 YOU may not have done anything illegal as defined by the Law, but you more then likely broke the TOS that YOU agreed to. In that TOS they tell you EXACTLY what will get YOU banned. Given how much you have used the word illegal, this tells us ALL that YOU did indeed break the TOS and are attempting to make yourself look better. Get over it princess!! Its THIER website and if THEY do not want YOU to use it then tough titty!! YOU PERSONALLY are BANNED from thier site due to YOUR ACTIONS ALONE!!!! Take responsibility for YOUR mistakes and move on. All YOU have done is change the situation to one where YOU have to worry about the defamation YOU have WILLINGLY posted. If YOU cannot pay for a long drawn out legal battle then YOU need to REALLY watch what YOU post and where.
