LinkProz & Tom Light Link Proz LinkProz is a scam. This is a bull sh*t company that operates by steeling peoples money. Liars! Theifs! Con-artist! Internet

Having worked at Tom Light I found the complaint sent to ripoff report to be inaccurate.

I was concerned that the accuser does not mention his name or company and that he fails to mention the dates when the accused scam took place or the amount of money involved.

The fact that he mentions these accusations with no facts and then goes on to say that he knows Tom Light is in financial trouble makes it clear beyond doubt that he is a disgruntled ex employee and not a consumer.

As ripoffreport is a website for consumers and the person who makes the accusation is not a consumer, I would ask that this post be removed as from what I can see ripoffreport isn't and should not become a platform that allows ex employees to simply rant and ruin a companies image.

I also feel that the reports/complaints should be written without the inclusion of profanities and noticed that there are some spelling mistakes with the accusers report that need to be corrected.

Since January 2012 LinkProz has not taken on any clients and
has only been servicing the clients that had signed up to long term
contracts. 

In early August 2012 after Tom Light Consulting had been set
up and begun trading, one of the employees that had been brought over from
LinkProz to head up the Sales team, left the company under acrimonious
circumstances.  He had been found to be stealing all the data of the
clients and contacts that Tom Light had spent many years building up, and had
planned to use these leads to set up a rival consultancy business.  When
this corporate theft was discovered, the employee was duly fired.

This review appeared within a few days of this employees dismissal. 
It has been liked on only 1 Facebook page and only 1 person has found the post
useful as per the reviews own statistics.  It is fair to assume that the
author of the review is the same single person that has found the review
useful.

LinkProz was a successful operating company for 3 years
and this is but one bad review that appears against numerous good ones
detailing how strong the results that both Tom Light and Link Proz
produced.  Unfortunately like many companies over the last 5 years, LinkProz
suffered from cash flow problems, and was unfortunately wound up at the start
of 2012.

I am insulted by the racist undertones that are clearly
portrayed in the second paragraph These people come on strong with heavy
accents, you can clearly tell they are from out of the country.  We not
only live in a world that is fully multicultural, but in particular LinkProz
and Tom Light Consulting is at the forefront of this by working directly in the
online space.  This arena gives us the opportunity to work with clients
from across the globe and the insinuation that being from out the country
makes us any less reliable or able to do our job properly undermines the entire
legitimacy of this review.  Tom Light Consultings workforce is made up of
people from different cultures and backgrounds and this only helps to provide
clients with a wider variety of experience, so that the consultancy services
provided are of the highest nature.

Tom Light was indeed the Director of Marketing at LinkProz
Gaming, and has indeed set up his own consultancy company - Tom Light
Consulting.  Tom Light Consulting is already running marketing campaigns
for reputable Online Gaming & Financial Trading operators and
recommendations from these clients can be provided if requested as well as
multiple examples of the high standard of work that Tom Light Consulting
produces.
