Linkteck World Wide Media Would not cancel my account Lighthouse Point, Florida

Several months ago I was offered to get my website posted on Google so that it would come up first. I was offered a one month free trial and just a one time payment of $14.95 for set-up fees.  It took them about a week to get the page set-up and it was so bad I called the next week to terminate the account.

Their hardball closers convinced me they would fix the problems and offered my another months free service.  Each of these calls took around three hours to get through to the right person!  I thought that I was done with them till I was billed for a months service.

I called again and they offered my another month free but after not getting one hit in 3 months and was literally screaming at them to cancel the account.  I told them to make sure that the site was down.  I gave them the cancel date and told them I would not be calling again, I was through.

To my horror I was billed again this month making me call my credit card which I might now have to change and spending another 2 hours trying to get through to the right department.  I asked the person who answered the phone to read back my last comments and although they marked down I wanted to cancel they indicated that I wanted changes to account.  Not true.  I finally got a letter of termination from them, something I have been requesting since June.

Stay far away from these crooks!  the worst part is they are representing Google and you cannot contact Google about a company making the look very bad.
