Lionheart Moto Trever White Never delv $500 custom jacket paid for. Says the site is run by vets, American made, mfg in Pakistan. Internet

I ordered a $500 custom motorcycle jacket.  Lionheart Moto completely screwed up the sizing.  They admitted the mistake was theirs and agreed to replace the jacket.  It has been almost 8 months since then.  I have received emails blaming the delay on owners back surgery, fishing trips and best of all, that this company that advertises on their website that they are run by verterans and American made, that because of the situation with ISIS in Pakistan my jacket was stuck in the factory there!  Last email response I got from them was in October 2014 telling me my jacket was still in production.  I finally got the owner of the company on the phone who told me that he recently bought the company from the people who screwed me over and he had no obligation to make good on what I purchased from them.  Not only is that completely wrong, it's also a lie.  He told me that the previous owners had no affiliation with the company since March 2104.  So who was sending me emails all those months up to October?  Trever White is the owner of the company and the only employee of this site.  It was obviously him who was carrying on the charade of actually fullfilling my order.  I'm out $500 because Lionheart Moto is a dishonest company who deceptively portrays themselves as patriots.
