Lipotrim Free trial offer is advertised...Beware...14 days after your order they charge you $149.83. when you mark the box saying you are 18 or older you are agreeing to their terns!!! Internet

I ordered the product with Acai Berry thinking cool it's a trial offer you just pay shipping (on April 7th 2012)  Little did I realize when I checked the box that I was 18 or older that I was signing up for paying $149.83 if I didn't want to return the product within 14 days from the day I ordered it.  So I got charged the shipping of $4.95 on April 9th 2012 and then on April 23rd, 2012 i got charged $149.83.
I was in shock, called my bank and claimed a fraud.  emailed Lipotrim with my concerns.  Called Lipotrim and was told it was my fault for not contacting them before the 14 days.  I was told "don't you remember checking the box that said you were "18" years or older, well it also said (in smaller print) that you were agreeing to the terms of agreement.  This Company is a rip off and fraudulent.  When I read the terms of agreement after they were brought to my attention it is stated that they can change them at any point and that you must accept that.  Real companies have ground rules...fraudulent companies can change them at any time!!!!
