Liquidation.com is an auction site that specializes in wholesale and surplus lots. Most auctions are done on behalf of several Chinese Wholesalers however.
In my case, I bid on and won an Auction for 100 Air Soft Guns that were to be resold. The Auction description including photos of items in lot specified that the lot consisted primarily of Rifles.
When I received the shipment, the lot consisted of 93 Pistols of very poor quality, 5 rifles, one of which was damaged and unsaleable. Also I was shorted 2 pieces.
I filed a dispute immediately and was told they would refund only $3.75.
I paid $435.00 for the lot including shipping and buyers premium.
The damaged and missing items plus the misrepresented lot is clearly fraudulent and in the least unethical.
Stay away from these thieves.

After reading all the other complaints about Liquidation.com, I decided to aggressively pursue these thieves. I will be filing Internet and Consumer Fraud complaints with these Agencies:
Internet Crime Complaint Center (FBI), Washington DC Office of the Attorney General, Washington DC Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs, California Office of the Attorney General (Lot shipped from California),
California Department of Consumer Affairs (Lot shipped from California)
Also I will be looking into a filing a Class Action Suit. If you are interested please contact me. (borealis42@gmail.com)
This internet fraud thing is completely out of hand and must be stopped!
