I purchased a full pallet of general merchandise from Liquidation.com and it was supposed to be delivered on 10/05/2010. When it did not arrive I did a tracking and ups could not locate it at all. I contacted Liquidation.com and got no response. I filed a dispute with Paypal to get their attention in helping me to find my merchandise. Instead they responded with saying for me to send photos of the merchandise. Now just how do you send photos of merchandise you have not received. Now they have suspended my account so I cannot even contact them. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my 42 years of doing business. I spent 642.15 for the merchandise and maybe that is not a lot of money to them, but to a small business it is a lot. UPS is doing their part in trying to locate my stuff, but Liquidation will not even file a claim for me. So I guess I am just going to lose what I spent.

Liquidity.com has issued me full refund after I filed a dispute with Paypal. I had purchased from them in the past with no problem and had always been satisfied with the merchandise. If they would offer better customer service the company would be great to deal with. Once you file a claim with them they completely block your account, you cannot see any info about your order and cannot even log in. I do not know if they will unblock me or not. If not I can always buy from someone else.
