To make a long story short, I ordered an assorted lot of designer fragerances. In the ad on the internet, they gave the impression that the bottles of fragerances were full size, of course they listed all the sizes, but I was under the impression that they were full size containers. The lot of 14 cost  $100 dollars, plus over $40 for shipping. The online manifest said that all 14 items had a $499 value at retail. So I figured I could sell them for $26.99 each and make a profit. When I got the package via UPS, I opened it, and it was all little samples, looked like something you would get as a complimentery gift from a hotel or something. One of the boxes even read, free sample on the bottom of it. Also the package wasn't stuffed with any paper or plastic, to insure safe shipping, and no packing list. The package wieghed no more than a pound, Which I was billed over $40 just for shipping alone. So I paid liquidation.com about $150 dollars for some free samples. This was the first time I used liquidation.com, and I was ripped off! I will never order anything from those jerks again. When I called to file a complaint, the operater told me that I need to sign into my account, and file a complaint on line, after I just got done explaining everything to her. Then I needed to sent pictures. Then she said I need to wait while liquidation.com finds a suitable resolution to the problem. And then after they contact me through email, then I need to call and schedule a pick up, then after that, I get to wait 30 days until they put the money I payed back on my card. So instead, at least I have some free samples to hand out. I will never do bussiness with them again!
