ON JULY FIRST I ANSWERED AN AD IN THE DAILY NEWS AND THE SAME AD LISTED AT PHILLYFORRENT.COM ABOUT A PROERTY THAT WAS LISTED FOR RENT A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE. I MET WITH A LISA A ALSTON & STEVEN ALSTON AT 6601 CHEW AVENUE WHERE THEY SAID WAS THEIR MANAGEMENT OFFICE. THEY TOOK ME TO GO SEE A PROPERTY AT 7553 MAYLAND ROAD PHILADELPHIA PA WHERE WE FILLED OUT A RENTAL LICENSE AGREEMENT AND A CREDIT CHECK APPLICATION AND I GAVE THEM 25.00.
A WEEK LATER THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT I HAD BEEN APPROVED FOR THE PROPERTY SO I MET THEM AT THE HOUSE AT 7553 MAYLAND ROAD WHERE I HAD GIVEN THEM 1100 DOLLARS IN CASH AND WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET THEM TREE DAYS LATER TO COLLECT MY KEYS. SINCE THEM I'VE BEEN GIVEN THE RUNAROUND ABOUT THIS AND THAT. SO I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK AND THEY HAVE BEEN PLAYING GAMES EVER SINCE AND I HAVE RUN INTO ONE OTHER PERSON WHO WAS ALSO SCAMMED BY THE SAME PEOPLE. WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT MY SITUATION.

Yes they are still in the Rental Scam business still even now in 2012. I was a victim myself of these perpertraitors and they have the same M/O. Use the same tactics and still is advertising properties and accepting deposits with no intent but to take money and disappear. Targeting young women and now has a full blown accomplise their 17 year old son.
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
