Lisa Anderson a nurse practitioner working under Dr.Grace Salinas at Family Wellness Center is NOT a mental health advocate. I saw only Lisa for visits, a patient of hers over two years. She broke the law and lied on my medical records, and not small things but things people lose kids over. The lies were horrible and so disgusting. I tried using my record for a legal matter and because both her and Dr.Salinas didn’t want to help me they LITERALLY LIED on my medical records. Then was afraid to see me so they dumped me and never even tried to help a so called "patient” of there’s.
Please please please DONT DONT go to this nurse or the center of you have ANY mental health issues because they are NOT advocates for there patients. I am reporting all of this to save another person like me from ever being lied about. These were not mild lies either, I’m talking lies about "abuse” "time it took to balance meds” when I did EVERYTHING they asked. It is very sad because the mental health community NEEDS ADVOCATES NOT LIARS. Just because your a "glorified nurse” it doesn’t not ever give you the right to lie on records. This is a HORRIBLE PLACE, stay away.
