In 2011, I entered a legal, binding in utero contract...the foal was not born as per the contract, and I was promised my money back...$5,000.  she gave me about every single excuse that a person could give...it actually got pathetic.  I took her to small claims court in Nov. of 2012 and prevailed...She is totally unreliable...VERY BELIEVABLE when you talk to her.  Do not do any business with her that you might possibly let her do something without getting payment.  She is knowledgable and a fraud.  Look on Chronicle of the Horse for further instances where she has basically taken peoples horses to sell, breed, train, board, etc. and they have not seen their horses again or any money...I have empathy for the other report, as I can see that happening....I don't know WHY she doesn't realize this behavior is totally illegal...and IF and WHEN you have a problem with anything she will totally ignore your calls, and emails...OH YES...the computer is always down.  BEWARE...is all I can say
