She moved in on October 2, 2014 and paid the first month's rent as well as the security deposit.  She talked a great game and presented herself as a sincere professional lady and a Buddhist.  She talked to me about meditation and how she wanted to live a Zen lifestyle.  I believed it all.

True my name is not Ian Grant.  For now I dont want to use my real name.  But this does not take away the facts that you have rented people homes through air bnb and other avenues and you have not paid them until they have gone to extremes to get the money that they are owed.

Once again you have judgements filed against you that is PUBLIC information.

Atfer investigation, we found out that Ian Grant is Mr Vincent Rocco, who posted two reports and two reviews on scamorg. I have NEVER met Vincent Rocco, never rented an apartment, never done any business with him. He is a friend of Shawn Michienzi, who posted the first report on me.

The reports are clearly defamatory in nature.

1-LISE RENTED THE GENTLEMAN WHO WROTE THE FIRST POST HERE, APARTMENT AND DID NOT PAY HIM UNTIL HIS REPORT POSTED ON RIPPOFF.COM GOT HER MOTIVATED TO PAY HIM-TOOK NEARLY 6 MONTHS!!!!

I just wanted to reply to the last post. I have known Ms. Lise Winnicki for several years, she was a resonsbile tenant in Venice, and I have known her families attorney for 30 years. Sometimes people have disputes. Ms. Winnicki and Mr. Mansour, have agreed to resolve their dispute and the matter is in process pending execution of the release.

This is Cory Birnberg, Birnberg & Associates, lawyers. Mr. Shawn Michienzi made an agreement to remove all posts and sign a relapse in exchange for payment to resolve the dispute. He was paid in full, in cash, and then refused to remove the posts and sign the mutual release. Instead, he has chosen this posting mechanism to further make accusations. The only reason he would further publish and break his agreement if he is motivated by ill will, malice and conscious efforts to further hurt my client. BMW finance is presently trying to hunt her down and reposses the Mini that she is way behind on payments,the list goes on.
