Listing Referral Group LLC Scammed me out of $7500 refuses to respond to my attorneys Pittsford New York

I was kinda sweet talked into what an amazing company they are how they guaranteed so many Listing appointments per week and yet no of that ever happened! They sent me a few leads that were absolutely not qualified the first lead they said call right away they are ready to speak with me and yet when i called the lady she said Ints the girl I had no intentions of listing with an agent because my sister is an agent and she will do all my paper work. The second lead was a licensed realtor in AZ and he said that when he spoke to the lady he explained he would list and sell his own house maybe pay a commission to the selling agent but the lead was 30-40 minutes away not even in my area and he said that he did not want to meet with me. So i called company back again upset with the quality of the leads. I was told it was my job to convert ?? Then I got another lead for a place in Poway and the company set up a date for me to come meet the owners yet No one spoke to me first as I was out of that area for 2 days. They said well it’s your reaponsiability to tell us when your not avail .

The plan didn’t include setting up appointments. I was a bit upset because they go making plans for me to meet a seller without ever asking me if that was a good day and time ? Then I was reppormanded for not telling them i was gone for 2 days? I was clearly capable of making my own appointment and I wasn’t unavailable to speak with people. The next thing they did was shut down my leads for two weeks. I called in again and was given the run around. I de ides that I didn’t want to do business with this company and that’s when it got ugly! Cheryl Yentzer manager said that I need to give it more time I nicely said I don’t want to deal with this anymore she said well you need to Stick it out I told her that the company is not welcome in our office any further and that i will alert my agents about the company and my experience she IMMEDIATELY (Cheryl) states I’d you say anything about our company I will have all my employees call the sellers in your area and tell them not to list with you we can play that game too..... I was infuriated she then sent me an e-mail next day saying she called there attorney and was advised that they will come after me if I say anything which is my right since I’m being treated the way I am. I on the other hand didn’t provide a service and not perform. We have since filed two certified letters which have come back undeliverable. I sent it to Cheryl’s email which showed received and opened. She sent me an email that she got it and sent it to her attorneys. We have still not heard one word from them what so ever. I’m sorry but if your a good company and all about customer care this would have a just refunded the money! I worked very hard for this and it’s clear this is a commission based operation other wise Cheryl wouldn’t be fighting so hard to keep me from The refund!
