While I was an employee at Little Learners, I chose to leave due to irreconcilable differences. The posting on Ripoff.com was due to my frustration with the company and was posted because I was upset at the time regarding my paycheck. In NO way do I believe that any person at Little Learners was a danger to children, racist/discriminatory in any way, or had been perpetuating frauds against their employees or families whom attend the school. It was a reaction to events regarding my departure. I am glad to put this behind us. And I wish them the best.

I used to work for Kendyl Smith and Steve Koepsell. But I think working for Hitler would have been far better! If that's the case then Kendyl Smith must be related. She is the worst director in the state of Georgia. After I decided that I would move on to another job, the folks at Little Learners Academy of Marietta got extremely mad.

Kendyl Smith decided that she would put me out of the facility, curse me in front of parents, call my new boss and bad-mouth me in an effort to keep me from becoming gainfully employed and now just a week before Christmas, to add insult to injury, she and Steve stole money from my last PAYCHECK! Yes,the owner Steve Koepsell and

Kendyl concocted a scheme to reduce my hourly rate to $7 an hour!!! I received $197 for my last paycheck. I never thought choosing to work elsewhere would cause me such a headache. This is by far the worst place I could have picked to work. The leadership of the school was horrible. This company that didn't even fit my standards but I decided to give it a try. I left because Kendyl can't do her job. She is lonely and pitiful and needs to get laid so she's not so uptight! She's prejudice too, telling me once that her ex-boyfriend is going with "this black woman with all these kids. That's what he gets," she says, as if being black and having kids is a crime!!! I was an awesome teacher for these people. But they constantly asked me to lie to state officials during investigations at the facility. Then they threatened my job if I didn't. But they have messed with the wrong person.

Mr. Steve and Kendyl, I hope you are ready for the battle ahead. I hope taking my money from me is worth what you are about to go through. You two have caused me pain and anguish that is worth more than you can afford. I am preparing to sue Little Learners Academy, Steve Koepsell and Kendyl Smith for what they have done to me. I have also contacted the Department of Labor and have initiated a suit against Little Learners for stealing my pay! What they have done is UNLAWFUL. Be careful who you work for! And don't work for Little Learners Academy of Marietta.
