Litton Loan Servicing RIPOFF MORTGAGE FRAUD BEWARE LITTON LOAN WANTS YOUR PROPERTY Houston Texas

This company purchased my loan soon after I refinanced my home in December 2005. My life has been a living nightmare ever since. I have been living in my home for 16 years, and have had my loan sold many times to different banks or loan servicing companies. I have never had a problem with my payment being late or lost. Since Litton Loan Servicing has purchased my loan, my payment has been late every month. Litton Loan Servicing charges a late charge of $189.00. My payment is due on first of every month, and delinquent at midnight of the sixteenth. However, if the payment is not received on the first, they automatically charge a late fee. If you don't pay the late fee, Litton Loan Servicing adds their fees to the balance of your loan. This company sends me a certified letter almost every month telling me my property is in foreclosure. Although, I have not been foreclosed upon by calling Mr. Larry Litton's office directly. They threaten foreclosure almost every month. I have never been late with a payment or have I miss making a payment.


In late 2005, I received a letter for Litton Loan Services stating that my home had no fire insurance. They placed their own policy on my property for over $4000.00. I contacted Litton Loan Servicing to inform them I had my own insurance policy. I faxed them a copy, at their request, and figured that it would be an end to it. Several months later when I tried making my payment using their website, they refused to take my payment unless I would include $4000.00 for insurance. I refused to pay, and Litton backed off, but it was a nightmare trying to deal with these people. The latest problem I'm having with Litton is the payment they refused now they say they never received it. If I don't make a double payment they will foreclose on my home.
This company services more than 240,000 loans. Litton Loan Servicing is dangerous and, out of control. The public needs to be WARNED! I contacted the Federal Trade Commission to file a report, but they did not seem to be too concerned at this time, however they did add my report to their database.


Something needs to be done! Litton is taking advantage of their clients who have equity in their homes. It is obvious that they want to foreclose on properties with lots equity. Many homeowners who have lived in their homes all their lives are now being foreclosed upon and, forced out of their property. Many of these families are elderly, and their homes are their retirement.
