I feel behind in my payments with PCFS and then sent them 2850.00 then they put the funds in a not applied column and then contacted me telling me the loan had been transfered to litton loan servicing. I can not get a response to my e-mail explaining my situation. When I call I get put on hold and no one ever picks up, so I just hang up and call back with the same result.
