Litton Loan Servicing rude, all kinds of fees and suspense accounts Ripoff Houston Texas

My story began almost when we refinance in 12/02 w/conseco.. They sold our loan to Litton. Everything was fine until we fell behind.

Then I have always paid more on my mortgage prior to Litton. Unfortunately w/Litton you can't do so. All my extra went into a suspense acct.

Well then we fell behind like most people do. Our acct was almost 3 months behind when the letters started to come in.. well pour in more like it. I finally thought in June I could get cought up, so I made a double paymnt, well I actually made the May's paymnt and what i thought would be June's that actually went toward all my LATE fees prior to June... $476 worth. With a bal of 590 that went into the suspense acct.

They did not inform me until July's paymnt came in that I saw I was still behind. Needless to say I finally got caught up in 5/05 to be current, and still they took what lil money I had left in the suspense acct and applied it to late fee's, so I thought I was current... Ha, Not

When I call, they don't have time to explain anything to me... I have paid over 1200 bucks to Litton in late fees. They also took me off of the Pre-paymnt program w/o me knowing. They have done inspection 5 times and had no clue, They charged me and put the fee under other... They have also placed ins for us. Thank God they never raised the Note. It took over 3 mo for them to clear that up, my ins sent the fax's.

When I thought I had caught up, I had 160 in an acct, they managed to spend my money on fees.. After I asked HOW much to get me caught up, why didn't they give me a figure w/all fees included... They added these after I paid... If there is any money left in an acct they will find a way to spend it.

BE AWRE.. I can't stand Litton. They Charged late fee's on my acct every month I am Late even while I am Paying every month and on a re-paymnt program... That is just stupid... They reported us to credit agency... We have proof that we have...

I am now waiting on a detailed ledger... When I made a paymnt of any amount over the actual, they never put it on your statement only the actual payment is on there, or for what payment you are paying it on... I have no idea what month my money went to or to what late charge... They claim they don't charge us partial late fees, they lied....
