Litton is trying to take our home too. Don't know who to talk to or get to help me. They say we owe them 20,000.00 and i know we only missed six payment due to illness and if we owed them that much money that means we have not made a house payment in two years. I can't get them to give me any documents to support what they are saying. they started forclosure Nov. 8 2007 and we are trying to do a loan modifacation with them to save our home.Don't know what they are going to come up with but i need some advice of what to do.No one wants to loss their homes, but they got our hands tighted.Things have just got out of hand. Where do they get their figures from. At one time we were making double payments and let all of our other bills go wiych caused more problems. I am willing to do whatever it takes to help anyone. Not sure if we are going to beable to save our home but if anyone has any advice please contact me.

You have no clue about my loan!

AUTHOR: Angie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 19, 2007

I know what we signed and duh it was not a interset only loan. But thats besides the point read all the other comments from other customers about your company. You try to keep paying when your mortgage loan went to 2000.00 a month. Look how many people got into these ajustable rates with out knowing the details. You know nothing about my situation. Our apprasial was bump 20,000.00 so a broker could get the loan closed we found all this out when we tryed to refi and they said there was know way they could get that out of our home so we needed to come up with 16,000.00 to refi, Well we don't have 16,000.00 so we could not do it. We pay our bills our credit score was 800 until this happened. The problem with your company is you guys don't know how to treat people like people and you think all people are the same. Life happens and sometimes it's not the way we plan. But all i can say to you is i pray to my God that something like this never happens to you and you need help because i want you to sit back and think about all thoses people you didn't help and that you called stupid. Good luck to you and hopefully you company can stay afloat with all theses lawsuits. Maybe thats going to be the day you need someones help when this company is no more.

Loan MODS

AUTHOR: Loan Counselor Ii Collection Specialest - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 18, 2007

Listen Loan mods do take time! If you have 20K owed to LLS then that means or sounds like you have an intrest only loan duh you will have intrest penilities FC fees attorny fees, inspection fees why do you think you can not pay to live somewhere for 6 months? Pay your home you pay you stay just like an apt. If you don't pay the kick you out in a month.

The only reason to do a loan mod is because your on a ARM or what people call an ajustable rate mort. Your the fool for signing the paper work, We only service loans we have nothing to do with what you did. Did they hold a gun to your head and say sign this ARM loan no your lucky we are trying to get you out of the arm loan, You people are fools! Pay your house or live within your means! simple enough! You sound like a little kid that doesn't know whats going on knowledge is key! You make me sick also!

Litton Survivors Unite!

AUTHOR: Almost_there - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 08, 2007

Only when enough of us unite and go public with our nightmarish stories of Litton's mortgage servicing fraud, will there be any hope of them coming to an end.

Goggle "mortgage servicing fraud" and arm yourself with information. Then write letters to your local paper, email the TV stations. Mortgage servicing fraud is the REAL story to the mortgage meltdown in this country, not ARM's and not subprime loans, which only play a part.

There is a wealth of information out there now building on mortgage servicing fraud. This will be HUGE once the mainstream media and public awareness picks it up. This scandal "will make Enron look like a parking ticket" Most lawyers aren't even up to speed yet on this scam, so the courts will be slow. This has to get out into public view, the sooner the better for the millions of Americans set up to loose their homes.

Best of luck and I hope this makes it past the editor here because all 158 complaints here have probably been de-frauded in one way, or several, by this company and their scheming ways.
