Purchased 2 Front Row VIP Tickets in Feb of 2012 for a Front Row Seat for the Madonna Concert in New Orleans on October 27th of 2012. Our seats were in Floor Section B, Row 1 Seats 7 and 8. When we purchased the ticket, the seating chart represented our seats right in front of the stage. We paid 1,500 for each ticket. There document also stated they were BBB accredited which is also False. We did not see our actual seats until the night of the concert. The "stage" was actually more like a runway. In the center of the stage,there was an open area with at least 50 people standing. The concert was in an arena that hosts sporting events. Our actual seats ended up with the Stage being in the area of the End Zone & our seats were near the 50 yard line. Hardly front row seats. At most 10% of the show was in front of us.The rest of the show we spent trying to see the show on the actual stage around tall security guards that continually stood in front of us as well as someone filming the show who hit me numerous times with his camera as well as completely blocking my view. This is unacceptable for the price I was charged. Had I known where these seats were, I would certainly not have purchased them! I needed binoculars to see Madonna which I did not bring as I thought we had FRONT ROW SEATS. People from seats behind me kept coming into the front row. People who paid MUCH LESS than we did and security did not care. I was ready to walk out but I had paid too much money for  this experience and was going to stay to the end. This was the most disappointing concert experience I have ever had. We go see acts quite often.We had tickets for a concert in this arena 2 weeks before the Madonna Concert, & Front row tickets were actually right in Front of the Artist Performing.....not kind of in the front, not to the side but in the FRONT of the artist. I was robbed of $3000.00.  If this was a "Ultimate VIP Package", there was very little VIP involved.

To work tirelessly to make your experience as exciting and hassle-free as possible. It also showed BBB Accreditation. Another Lie. I am holding the BBB report that states they have an F rating. At this time, they have changed their address & you are not showing the 15 complaints I printed in October. I wonder how they managed to manipulate the BBB to change the information, complaint history, & address?

We were mislead by false and incomplete advertising. My research shows VIP / Live Nation has an "F" Better Business Bureau rating & not approved.
