Wanted to cancel my 30 day free trial for their online education seminar. I was late by 3 days and was charged $98.00 which I was told was not refundable. I had not registered for the online seminar and therefore, never viewed what the seminar had to offer. They could verify this by checking your email address. Even so, I was not given a refund. Was told it was company policy.
