Live Out Loud Aggresive, Manipulative tactics Zephyr Cove Nevada

I was contacted that I had been selected for a "scholarship" due to having once bought a DVD program from Live out Loud years earlier.  I guess they were trolling their database for suckers.  It actually wasn't a scholarship - they said I would get $2000 off a program.

The utilized high pressure sales tactics that were extremely aggressive.  I wanted time to think it over, and the person I spoke with said "no", basically that if i was as weak willed as that, then I was not right for their special program.  I should have hung up right then, but gave my credit card info over the phone.  $7400, but I supposedly got a $2000 scholarship. What a bargain. 

My first 30 minute coaching session was woefully inaadequate.  I don't have a business, and this coach just spewed out generic lingo like "get a sales funnel".  I don't even have a business yet!  I followed up with this coach for help, explaining I was struggling, and she just repeated the same boilerplate information.

After listening to some of the audios, it became clear it was not the least bit tailored to someone just starting out, nor were they interested in my particular situation. Plus it was so general I can't see how it would help anyone.  

I contacted the woman who gave me the contract, and she passed me off to one of their weekly fast cash coaching calls.  The guy souns like a radio announcer, I'm not sure he's human.

This guy said he couldn't refund my money, but I could submit my request and  he would pass it on to a 'resolution committee".  Oh by the way, he couldn't tell me when the so-called resolution committee would actually meet.  It took me a couple weeks to compose it, and in the meantime I contacted my credit card company.

This guy informs me he already went to the resolution committee and they said no, but claimed that he told them the same thing I said in my complaint.  Right. At this point I doubt if there even is a committee.  He forwarded emails he claimed to have sent me in the interim, but I have no record of them in my email inbox.  In any case, he never said I had a time limit to submit my complaint in those emails either.

This Loral woman and her sales associates are ruthless and aggressive. Stay away!
