live-technician.com locked the screen, $275 2 year plan for work that did not need to be done Internet

Traditional internet scam. Brand new Apple computer gets a locked screen. The number pops up. An elderly person who does nto now any better calls the number. He gets signed up for  2 year protection plan and gives remote access to his computer. We tried to cancel the plan right as they were "working" on the computer. Refused to cancel and issue the $275 refund. Were willing to settle for $120 for "software" used. A dispute is filed with the credit card company. Horrible company!
