Living Green Today Magazine Salesman totally lied about services!!!! Chatsworth, California

A Salesman for Living Green Today magazine came to my office to tell me about his wonderful magazine and how much it would help my new business as far as getting the word out.

He said they had a deal with the grocery store Kroger and all of the Living Green magazines would be put into EVERY customer's bag at check out... he said if I signed up that day he would not only put my ad in the magazine at the Kroger close to me he would put it in ALL metroplex Kroger's so literally thousands of people would see my ad.  He even told me that the Kroger close to me had 22,000+ people going through it weekly!

This salesmen even told me that if a customer just purchased a pack of gum they would get this magazine he stressed that not one customer would leave the store w/out a copy of the magazine.

I was SO EXCITED... I signed up ... patiently waited for July to get here went to Kroger... no magazine...called the company oh it is on it's way... went back mid July bought 3 things... no magazine in my bag... got the Manager of the store and they said they would NEVER put anything into the bags of customer that those magazine's stay in the rack they are rented space.... I looked all over for that rack.. finally found it in a corner between the door you walk in and the door you enter the store... literally no one would see this rack...

I called the company they were so RUDE... all they could say was read your contract we did not agree to that it does not matter what he told you ... you should have read your contract... they were so unreasonable never once did they even acknowledge that THEIR employee did anything wrong.. .this place is a HUGE SCAM... I can not believe that company would just let their employees walk around telling honest business people total lies... I am a start up company I did not have that kind of money to throw away and that is exactly what I did b/c this magazine is a joke!!!!

I am just appalled that they would not take any responsibility for what their salesmen are out pitching to people to sign up for this magazine... I have a business neighbor who came to ask me about the ad b/c he too signed up with them and the same salesman told him the same lies that he told me!!!!
