First, let me thank the creators of this website for such a useful weapon in the fight against scam artists. Secondly, I would like to thank the consumers for using this website to share all of your unfortunate experiences. I have joined the club.

Today while dealing with a different suspicious matter concerning my checking acct I noticed a 19.95 charge from this company which I was not familiar with. I immediately looked the company up on the internet and instantly saw complaint after complaint.

I called the # provided by a different consumer and I was armed and ready to battle with the rep. I didn't really give her a chance to B...S... me, I cut to the chase. While on hold, I decided to look over my acct activity closely and I discovered I had been charge 3 x by them.

They offered to refund one payment of 19.95 but I immediately said that wasn't good enough and that I needed to speak to someone who could remedy my situation completely. I was disconnected while waiting for a manager. Then they really couldn't stop me. (no vulgarity used, just extreme firmness)

A long story short, I wasn't settling for anything less than all charges over a 2 1/2 month span being refunded and that's what I got. Don't let them try to feed you their garbage about the disclosure, act like you didn't even hear them talking and press forward toward the goal. They'll give in b/c they know that they are bogus and fraudulent. The number is 866-396-5711, stand up for yourself and don't get bullied out of your money that they had no right to take, threaten them with all of the legal action you can imagine and mean it!! Demand they cancel your acct and get the person's name and ID # (She hated that I asked for her ID #)

This has definitely taught me to read all disclosures even though I hate to and feel like I don't have the time and to watch my acct more closely.
