Living Well Magazine Living Well Today Scam Operation - Lots of Promises; Little or No Delivery Chatsworth, California

This company promised a different ad running every month in their magazines which would be distributed to two upscale supermarkets in my area.  After signing and paying their fee, i discovered no magazines in one of the stores, and that they had changed the other store without any notice to me.  I heard nothing from the company until nearly seven months later (after disputing their charges to my credit card company) when i got a new ad.  

They also promised television advertising which never happened.  

This company disappears from the planet once they have your money.  If you dispute your credit card charge, they tell your credit card company that the contract is "non-cancellable."  That works if they are complying with their promises under the contract, but they didn't.

Do not pay this company to advertise in their magazine.
